Why the guests who book on your website are yours

People who find you on Google and book with you are your guests. Where the booking happens decides who keeps the visit, the guest's details and the money

Where the booking happens matters

A booking isn't just a table at a time. It's a name, an email, an allergy, a habit. If it's made on your page, all of that goes into your guest profile. And next time that person wants to come back, they'll know where to find you

That's why Omakasia is designed for bookings to happen at home: on your website or, if you don't have one yet, on your public listing. People find you on Google and book with you. The visit, the guest and the money stay with you

On your website, with your link

The booking engine goes on your website with a snippet of code the screen gives you, and matches your colours and fonts. That snippet also tells Omakasia where each booking came from: ads, social media or search engines

And the Book button on your Google listing can take people to your website. On the Links and QR screen there's a ready-made link to put there, plus others for Instagram, WhatsApp, email and a poster. Each one tells you how many bookings it brings in

No website yet? Your public listing is ready

With Bookings, every venue gets its public listing from day one: a small website inside Omakasia with address, contact details, opening hours, social links, four to eight photos, a description and the booking button. It also shows your menu, events, promotions and last tables, all on one link

The listing is published in whichever of Omakasia's eleven languages you choose, so people searching from abroad read it in their own

Example · Bistró Nora, a made-up venue in Valencia, doesn't have a website yet. It fills in its public listing, puts the link on its Instagram profile and its Google listing, and from that day its bookings land in its own reservation book, each with its guest profile

Data for Google and AIs, with no promises

As well as what people read, the listing carries structured data that Google and AIs can read: name, address, description, price range, type of cuisine, the menu, the booking link and opening hours. Thanks to that last detail, as the screen puts it, an assistant can say you take bookings here

The What Google reads panel shows how the listing will look in search, plus a checklist that updates itself. It gives you concrete advice: add your neighbourhood, because people search by neighbourhood more than by city; make the first photo of the place, not a dish; say what's nearby

If you already have your own website, you choose My website and the listing declares that they're the same business instead of competing with you. And the listing promises no position on Google: it does the part that depends on you, properly

You know them, and you can write to them

Every guest who books has a profile: visits, spend, dishes, wines and allergies. With their consent, you write to them with email campaigns, without paying for a separate tool. Without consent, they're left out of every campaign, although the messages about their own booking still go out

Your data is yours: export it whenever you like. It's stored encrypted in the EU, and each venue sees only its own

Omakasia Bookings costs €20 a month, with Marketing included. No commission per booking, per guest or for taking the deposit. The tables you fill, you fill for yourself. See it on the Bookings page
