A bar's accounting.
Not a generic ERP: purchases, sales, banks, VAT and tax forms, built for a venue. And what no accounting software can offer: POS sales come in already closed, with their VAT breakdown, no CSV and no copy and paste.
The invoice arrives by email. The ERP does the rest.
The supplier sends the invoice to your inbox. The ERP reads it line by line, registers it (and the supplier, if new), posts it to the books and puts it in the cash-flow forecast. You type nothing.
Real double-entry bookkeeping.
SME chart of accounts pre-loaded (213 accounts), VAT scheme, financial years. Journal, balance sheet, profit and loss, year-end close and opening. Team with permissions and an activity log nobody can delete. Your accountant signs in with their own access.
Every invoice, balanced.
Suppliers with verified tax ID; invoices with line items, VAT, surcharge and withholding per line; invoice inbox by email. Customers, series and issuing with consecutive numbering and no gaps. Quotes and pro formas, custom invoice templates. Warehouse and inventory with batches and vintages.
The bank, reconciled to the cent.
Banks with their ledger account, statement import, reconciliation with the invariant "paid if and only if what is reconciled covers the total". SEPA direct debit and transfer batches. Cash-flow forecast.
The tax forms, box by box.
VAT for the period and the VAT ledger. Forms 303, 130, 131, 115, 190, 200 and 202 calculated box by box. A BOE watchdog that, when the tables change, shows you and you confirm.
All this, for €20 a month.

Questions.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It gives them the books balanced and their own access. The forms are calculated box by box; filing them is still up to you.
Does it do payroll?
There's an indicative payroll engine, but we don't sell it as an official calculation. Your accountant does the payroll.
Do I need the POS?
No. It works on its own. With the POS, sales come in on their own and closed, which is the point.
